Our service is governed under the following points listed in this note, in which if you accept means that you agree with the application of these terms to your reservation, in such a way that you understand and accept it.

Private Tourist Service

1. The waiting time at the airport is 1 hour maximum after arrival of the flight
2. The maximum no surcharge waiting time after the set time to leave your hotel is 20 minutes.
3. Delayed departure time from your hotel is $1 per minute and is charged after the 20-minute wait without surcharge.
4. During the trip, the client can suggest at least 2 stops according to their requests.
5. The travel route is always the shortest with the shortest possible travel time.
6. Keep order and cleanliness in the vehicle during the trip.
7. Request a bilingual driver for an extra $50 at the trip rate.
8. With the reservation you must inform if you need to transport equipment other than luggage.
9. This is a private service you define the departure time of your hotel.
10. SunTrails is not responsible for items forgotten in the vehicle.
11. The normal transportation schedule range is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the schedule range from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM is considered special and the extra cost per service is $150 added to the normal fare.
12. The ferry fare has an extra cost of $60 plus the original fare.
